On this page, you will find handouts and other informational materials that I’ve created related to different topics that interest me as a therapist, musician, and researcher.
Music and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT)
My research interests as a doctoral student focus on the use of music in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Below are psychoeducational materials I’ve created, looking at different aspects of the topic, whether that be based on the psychedelic compound itself or the condition being treated by PAT.

Treatment-Resistant Depression
Taking a neuroscience-informed approach, this handout gives an overview of depression/treatment-resistant depression, the use of music in treating depression, and the use of music in KAT for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression. Geared toward the general public, I synthesize the latest research findings on these topics in a way that I hope is easy to access. At the end, I provide music-related prompts for use in developing an individualized listening program. Download it here.
